TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the services offered by DIGITALIA ASSETS LLC through the website www.digitaliaassetsllc.com. By using the Service, you ("the End Client") agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

1. Purpose of the Service

The Company provides a technological platform for consulting, software development, and digital mobile applications.

2. Registration and Verification

The User declares and guarantees:

  • Being of legal age and possessing the legal capacity to contract.

  • Providing complete, up-to-date, and truthful information.

  • Accepting identity verification (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes in accordance with current regulations.

  • The Company reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel accounts that fail to meet these requirements.

3. Use of Credit or Debit Cards

  • Only valid cards whose holder is the User themselves will be accepted.

  • All transactions are subject to anti-fraud verification and card issuer authorization.

  • Any fees associated with the use of cards will be notified in advance.

  • The User agrees not to make unjustified chargebacks. Disputes must be resolved in accordance with the Company's internal procedures.

4. Non-Refundable Payment Policy

Since digital assets constitute intangible, consumable, and non-reversible products, payments made via credit or debit card are final and non-refundable. Upon completing a transaction, the User waives the right to request refunds or chargebacks through their card issuer, except as expressly provided by law.

5. Associated Risks

The User acknowledges that:

  • Confirmed transactions cannot be cancelled or reversed.

  • The Company shall not be liable for decisions that may affect the delivery times of the final product.

6. Fees and Commissions

  • Applicable product fees will be clearly stated before the User confirms each transaction.

  • We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time with prior notice.

7. Prohibitions

The User may not use the services for:

  • Illegal, fraudulent activities, or actions contrary to the law.

  • Financing terrorism, money laundering, or other crimes.

  • Acting on behalf of third parties without proper legal authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for:

  • Economic losses derived from technical failures or improper use of the system.

  • Delays caused by verification processes or payment network failures.

  • Unjustified chargebacks or operations carried out with unauthorized cards.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Given the final and irreversible nature of acquiring digital products, no cancellations or refunds are accepted.

10. Modifications

The Company may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be posted on the website and will take effect 2 days after their publication.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws in force in the USA.
